Open Muse and go to Settings → Connectors.
Add a custom connector.
Paste the Wally server URL:

Come back to chat and say hi to Wally.
Open ChatGPT on the web, click your profile icon, go to Settings → Security and login, and turn on Developer Mode.
Go to Settings → Plugins (or open chatgpt.com/plugins).
Click + → Create app and name it Wally.
Paste the Wally server URL and choose OAuth:

Start a new chat, enable Wally from the + → Developer Mode menu, and say hi.
Open claude.ai (or the Claude app) and go to Settings → Connectors.
Click Add custom connector and name it Wally.
Paste the Wally server URL and click Connect:

Custom apps in Gemini need Spark access - check yours at gemini.google.com.
Go to Settings & help → Connected Apps → Custom apps for Spark → Add a custom app.
Enter the Wally server URL and click Next:

Connecting takes two minutes. Then Wally takes it from there.
Signing in during setup creates your QRSign account - or connects your existing one. Plans and billing live there.
Back in your assistant, say "Hi Wally." It introduces itself and what it can do for your business.
Wally asks about your hours, your slow times, and how you talk to customers - then starts working. You approve everything.
